22 mujeres aprovechan la temporada escolar y aprenden a hacer uniformes en un coworking del Municipio de Guayaquil

Un grupo de 22 mujeres decidieron superarse y aprovechar las capacitaciones de la Alcaldía de Guayaquil para aprender a confeccionar uniformes para la temporada escolar.

Esta es la propuesta municipal para que más mujeres se superen y amplíen sus horizontes. De esta forma se les otorga una opción para que alcancen su autonomía económica.

El proyecto municipal se denomina Mujeres en Acción y está a cargo de la Dirección de la Mujer, la cual brinda hasta un kit de implementos iniciales, para que las alumnas confeccionen los mandiles que usarán durante las clases.

Jesenia Macías, instructora de la fundación Acción Solidaria, la cual funciona como aliado estratégico en este programa, explicó que las alumnas tienen acceso a 52 máquinas de confección, propiedad del Municipio, para que hagan realidad sus proyectos.

“Ellas no tienen el recurso para comprar sus máquinas que realmente son caras, pero el municipio aquí las tiene en este taller de coworking”, destacó Macías.

“Este año no voy a comprar uniformes porque los voy a hacer yo misma. Les digo a las mujeres que sí se puede”, expresó Magali Reinoso, alumna del taller.

No solo son uniformes o vestimenta. Mochilas desde USD 20 hasta USD 25, según el volumen del pedido, cartucheras, bolsos y otros implementos son algunos de los productos creados dentro de este taller con 80 horas de clases prácticas.
